1、 Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the repair and daily maintenance of various equipment in the production workshop to ensure that the equipment is in normal operation;

2. Be responsible for patrol inspection of equipment, make maintenance and Patrol Records, and make equipment safety inspection;

3. Participate in large and medium-sized repair and transformation of workshop process equipment;

4. Participate in the selection of new equipment, joint review of drawings, installation, commissioning, trial operation and acceptance;

5. Participate in the company's GMP certification and cooperate to complete the rectification work;

6. Participate in the company's safety inspection and relevant certification, put forward reasonable suggestions for various defects and rectify them.

2、 Job requirements:

1. Have rich knowledge of electrical and mechanical structure, have some experience in troubleshooting construction machinery, and be familiar with equipment maintenance and repair processes, specifications and standards;

2. Be able to repair, maintain and troubleshoot the equipment, and be able to work on site independently with strong hands-on ability;

3. Be able to understand electrical drawings and mechanical drawings;

4. Be able to operate office software and use CAD software;

5. Have more than 2 years of experience in equipment management in pharmaceutical factory, be familiar with GMP equipment verification, and hold electrician certificate.
